Lecturing position for "Neuroscience and Cognitive Science"

offers a lecturing position for the Bachelor's programme in Psychology

for the subject Neuroscience and Cognitive Science 1 (WS 2024) & 2 (SS 2025)
(3 Semester hours each)

Lecturers are expected to present basic knowledge in the field of biopsychology and cognitive neuroscience to Bachelor’s students of psychology, introducing methodological and philosophical reflections on neuroscientific studies, as well as the biological (neuronal, biochemical, hormonal) fundaments of individual experience and behaviour. More detailed information on the course description can be sent by request. Part 1 of the course will take place in Winter Semester 2024, while Part 2 will take place in Summer Semester 2025.

Sigmund Freud University (SFU) is a private university accredited under Austrian law since 2005 with its headquarters in Vienna and branches in Berlin, Linz, Paris, Milan and Ljubljana. The SFU is authorised to provide academic education at Bachelor's and Master's level within the framework of the Bologna criteria and is entitled to award doctorates and habilitations.
