The research project G-CASA at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development, Developmental
Psychology research area, is looking for
Student Employees (f/m/d)
(40 – 80 Hrs. / Month)
to support a longitudinal study on memory development in children aged 8 – 14. In our study, we use
behavioural and computational methos to investigate how children infer and generalize information.

We offer:
• Work in a young and international team
• Flexible working hours; gross €12.33 or €14.33/hour depending on qualifications
• Insight into all stages of preparation, implementation and evaluation of developmental
psychology studies
• Training in the implementation and evaluation of complex behavioral data analyses
We are searching for:
• Highly motivated, reliable and responsible students of psychology (all semesters) or a related
subject with good English and very good German skills
• Enjoy working with children and adolescents.
• Interest in neurocognitive developmental psychology/cognitive neuroscience
• Good knowledge of methods (R, MATLAB, Python, SPSS) or willingness to develop them
• Experience in data collection for psychological studies is helpful, but not required
• Perspective interest in working on the project for at least 1 year
